Usa has a pretty good setup for nt players. Not a great team but in an easy region.

Is that the type of player I should expect once my youth center reaches level 8?

Not exactly the super talent I dream of, but I won't complain all that much.
Pros: interesting name, good talent, great endurance
Cons: old starting age, super sub is not a great attribute but I guess it could be worse, power a bit low, bad morale this season
Will definitely have a starting spot for my club in the future, maybe make it to the NT some day.
I'll be adding a 1000-credit striker later this week, fingers crossed. Doing my part to strengthen the US NT.

Anything different about your youth center or special? Do you have staff positioned there or anything? I notice both of those players were created last season which is fantastic for you. I have a level 8 youth center and here are the two best players it produced for me last season:

Those 2 players were 1000 credit players. Unfortunately, my YC8 cant take credit for them.

Again, not exactly how I would have drawn up a 1000-credit player, but I'll take it. Will make games interesting when my super sub super talent midfielder comes on in the second half and one of the teams is always down a man because of the dirty play. It's of course easy to fix with correct.
