Senores escribo aca porque es mas facil para mi, y tambien quiero ayudarles a todos a que incrementen el nivel de Venezuela, tanto como selección como la liga.
El equipo que tenemos Nacional que estoy manejando ahora no es el mejor, talvez si los comparamos con los otros equipos de suramerica estamos de 6tos o 7mos. Pero si los comparamos con equipos que estan en los otros continentes estamos muy muy lejos. Algo que me di cuenta es que vi a muchos jugadores jovenes con talento que ya estan en la lista de la seleccion y algunos que se quedaron afuera que tambien tienen mucho potencial. En fin voy a trabajar lo mas duro para hacer este equipo lo mejor posible, pero yo no puedo hacer esto solo.
Yo actualmente estoy pagando mis errores en mi actual equipo la juventus (tanto en la liga como competiciones europeas) mi primer error es q tuve y tengo muchos jugadores viejos y solo me enfocaba en ellos (al principio del juego tuve mucho suceso por esto, pero ahora lo estoy pagando con creces) asi que gente dediquense a su jugadores cuando esten jóvenes mejorenlos a ellos y olvidense de los viejos. Le recomiendo tambien que se olviden un poco mas de las habilidades fijas (Resistencia, fuerza y Velocidad), Si son importantes pero al final lo que va hacer diferencia en el Juego van a ser las habilidades especiales.
Ahora en adelante me voy a fijar mas en estas habilidades en la hora de elegir equipo para el equipo nacional.
recomendaciones por posición:
DEFENSORES:
Paradores de saques de esquina (me gustaria tener aunquesea 2 para la selección), si todavía no pueden aplicar este entrenamiento debido al nivel de su Campo de entrenamiento, les recomiendo que les entrenen la habilidad de ser correcto( reciben menos tarjetas) de este modo en la tactica del equipo le podras poner a los jugadores hacer entradas fuertes de ese modo podrán robar mas las pelotas sin recibir tarjetas.
Dato: si tienes un defensor que es egoista, entrenale también el Disparo, normalmente estos son los jugadores que meten mas goles del córner.
MEDIOCAMPISTAS:
Tirador de tiros libres: esta es la mejor habilidad que un medio pueda tener (me gustaría tener uno o dos para la selección) mi Jugador Arango es especialista en esto pero ya esta viejo así que necesita remplazo, Si tienes un jugador del mediocampo q esta en la lista de selección o creas que pueda jugar y este joven te recomiendo q le pongas esta habilidad los mas seguro es que lo ponga de titular en los juegos importante sin importar que tenga menos nivel que otros medios que no tengan esta habilidad.
OJO: inclusive cuando estoy pidiendo un jugador con esta habilidad nunca voy a poner a mas de dos jugadores con esta habilidad en el mediocampo al mismo tiempo. Necesito otros dos que sean creativos
Creativos: es la segunda habilidad mas importante y me gustaría contar con varios jugadores con esta habilidad
Sino no puedes desarrollar estas habilidades, una combinación mortal para un medio defensor seria ser CORRECTO Y CORREDOR al mismo tiempo.
DELANTEROS
Artilleros: muy importante al marcar goles, tienen mas posibilidades de meter muchos mas goles en un partido
Habilidoso: al ser un delantero habilidoso va a ser mas dificil para los defensas de quitarle el balon
regateador: recibe un bono de velocidad al tener la pelota( la velocidad afecta indirectamente los tiros. dando bonus al disparar) si lo haces regateador, y le puedes entrenar la habilidad de corredor tambien seria mortal.
Nota: estas son recomendaciones mejorarían mucho al equipo nacional también como a sus propios equipos. desventaja es que toma tiempo desarrollar esas habilidades
Este sera un equipo ideal para mi ( con las habilidades) Usando una tactica de 4-4-2 diamante, voy a nombras de izquierda a derecha
Defensores dos paradores de tiros de esquina y dos correctos
correcto, parador de TE, parador de TE, Correcto
Medio:
Un medio defensa con las habilidades de correcto y Corredor( en caso de no ser creativo o especialista en tiro libres)
dos creativos
Un medio especialista en tiros libre ( en caso de no tener dos)
Atacantes:
Un artillero con bastante velocidad
y otro que sea habilidoso o regateador
No quiero que tomen este post por mal, yo estoy trabajando con mi equipo también estos detalles buscando al mismo tiempo sacar provecho para la selección. Solo estoy dando una recomendación no significa que la tengas que seguir. Pero es algo todos deberían considerar incluyéndome a mi.

Pues en eso estamos desde la temporada pasada por lo menos yo, y conozco a varios que llevan mas tiempo, asi que por ahora vamos por buen camino.
La Mayoria Estamos comenzando pero buenno trabajando todo se puede. Mucha suerte con la seleccion crack.
Trabajando con juveniles nos tomara un poco de tiempo pero podemos subir mucho el nivel de venezuela.

Bueno hablando en serio en eso estamos me parecen muy buenas tus recomendaciones y son bienvenidas este tipo de charla hace falta mas a menudo de los parte de los manager con mas experiencia en el juego, es muy practico y ayuda a mejorar tanto a la seleccion como anuestros equipos.
