He's like clean sheet, no special attributes and has quite balanced fixed features, so you can train him to any position you want.

Yes his on neutral mode, I will soon activate him. But I believe on not training my youths with any attributes if one isn't given to them when they are generated. ( I.e I try to save my RS Credits towards this ).
