I dont understand why someone created "YA3 and above" as a thread, and as it generally has been going way off topic in there, I decided to create a place to post up your YA4 players.

Please just use this thread to post up YA4 players and to comment about the YA4 players that other people post.

Seems a fair idea by Davo. I guess it makes it easier to compare similar players. 

Awful may have a point. But I'm guessing that more people would be interested in the YA5 players and they may not always get noticed in a YA3+ thread.

Unless you have a separate thread for each level then they are probably best grouped by age.

Minimum age 16:

• YC 8 - Max talent 4.8
• YC 9 - Max talent 5.0

Minimum age 15:

• YC 10 - Max talent 5.0
• YA 1 - Max talent 5.3
• YA 2 - Max talent 5.6

Minimum age 14.5:

• YA 3 - Max talent 5.9
• YA 4 - Max talent 6.2

Minimum age 14:

• YA 5 - Max talent 6.5 
• YA 6 - Max talent 6.8

Yeah, he looks very tidy Davo.

So the 30th player is not the guaranteed ST, it will be the 31st.  

If you're certain of an ST next time then I would consider double staffing the YA until he arrives.

Probably not a bad idea. The next window is Jan 3 - Jan 24 so I could do it just before that. My YA Staff is retiring (conicidentally on Jan 24) and I have his replacement who has a skill of 9 in the Youth Centre, so the player should come out pretty good.

As the attributes of the Youth are set at the start of the window, rather than when the youth appears, I reckon I could probably put the 2 staff in my YA just before the window opens and remove one just after the window has opened.
