It would be a nice feature if you were allowed to do this with 2 Construction Managers.
This is a very interesting situation. I think it's definitely a bug. This is the first time I've seen such a thing. this error must be corrected immediately. it would be unfair to other coaches.

Except that is against the rules @awful. If you don’t know that by now, I suggest you take 10 minutes and familiarise yourself with them.
