Yeah, today the transfer reviews have been taking ages, nearly missed a good player on the market...
Couldn't agree more. It's a stupid game when this happens.
Most managers work really hard to balance their books and then a few others benefit from massive amounts of free money.
For me this is the biggest issue that needs to be fixed. What's the point of admin doing player reviews when the game does this all by itself?
The transfers should be reversed.
100% agree with you Mo.
It makes a total mockery of doing player reviews when these kind of transfers happen, which is fairly often. For those who get lucky it's like winning the lottery and absolutely nothing to do with good management.
In my view bot bids should be capped in a similar way to bank sales. Maybe a maximum of say $50 million would be a reasonable limit.
On this occasion the player was bought by a bot the day before he took over.
Just another example that the whole transfer system needs fixing. There really seems little point in having the transfer reviews when bots are allowed to gift huge amounts at random.
It makes the game finances seem like a complete lottery.
I'm all in favour of bots buying players, but the most they can spend should probably be the same as the max bank value. That would seem fair to everyone.
Transfer reviews are based on value. I suspect that it is possible to pre-approve transfers because otherwise it would not have been possible for this to go through instantly.
That's what class I must be in, the class who's sales are considered to not even require review :D
Probably didn't harm that the purchaser was an admin though :)
I said "Seven days on the transfer market, 9 hours and counting awaiting review. There is something wrong with the player valuations and the requirement for a review."
This was no derogatory comment about admins. I was expressing my frustration at the requirement for a review. At no point criticise the work of the admins, just the workload of the admins.
To which Mavi responded "It makes me still wonder after so many years people expect to be reviewed as soon as possible when their transfers is done 2 am at night. Almost every admin lives in euro time zone. Yet you think their first duty in monday morning review transfers in a game where developer literally signed in like 8 times since end of 2019"
So he basically took it the wrong way and "had a pop" at me at which point I clarified that "I understand that this is an onorous task and I am not blaming the admins".
Two hours after my first post I asked "are you now intentionally not reviewing the transfer because I hurt your feelings?". It may not have been my best worded comment ever, but I felt this was a valid question. I didn't know how the review system worked, how many admins in total do reviews, how long it takes, whether the admins get a choice of which transfer they review next, etc. How would I?
Maybe you need to take a bit of your own advice regarding expression. It seems a bit hypocritical to complain at others for making comments that sound condescending:
"I'm not sure in any event that having a pop at someone is that great an idea to get them to do what you want/need but each to their own."
"I assume the player you were moaning about was Will Dance?"
"And finally, not moaning? Okay. That's not how it reads to me, but I'll take your word for it."
What is your problem? I was just asking if you were offended by my comment, which was a cricism of the game and not the admins, and as a result I was being treated differently. It just seemed interesting that, out of the 17 reviews that I have had on transfers, this one is taking much longer so I asked.
I don't know how many admins have the ability to review, or how long, or what the process was. So I asked.
What's the essence for the developers getting profits from this game and find it difficult to employ manager for the vacant position needed in this game. This is called stingy act.
I thought that bids above 100m are the ones have to be reviewed, every bids above 10m is now being reviewed. And I know that this gives much works on admins that do the reviews.
I am having the feeling that some stuff in this game have been touched/retouched, some certain things aren't on the right places.
Not only the transfer of players should be reviewed, also this game too needed a thorough review.
In some occasions this game always switched to maintenance and I asked myself what sort of maintenance does it mean.
$10 million?
You said earlier the player we were discussing sold for $ 79 659 380. The game considers that high value. Perhaps we've got our wires crossed somewhere?
I have absolutely no idea how long admin spend on doing reviews. I am sure it's very time consuming and must be quite irritating for them as there are complaints about the delays every transfer window.
Yes, I don't like waiting for my players either but there's nothing we can do as the buck stops with our long-absent leader. I guess he would also need to appoint any new admins. Can anyone confirm this?
I do agree with your general point that far too many unnecessary transfers get reviewed and the whole process could be improved. And, yes, players with a game value under $30 million that are sold very close to their bank value don't need a review. Absolutely. I just wasn't convinced by your particular player.
I put an invite link on the forums of another mangement game back in 2013 and had a few people use it to sign up.
Nearly 8 years later these people are restricted in how they may bid on my players (not 1st or 5th bid).
This may have been necessary prior to transfer reviews and when we had a fully functioning TM, but now I am just getting puninshed for doing the game a favour.
This ridiculous rule has to go.
@furkan
It has nothing to do with being VIP or not. VIP has not the right to make anymore demands than a non-VIP.
But, to enjoy a service that is for free and then use the term "demand" is disrespectful considering the time and cost the developers are facing keeping the service up and running.
Servers cost money to keep running. Any minute spent in the game is one minute less being spent elsewhere to earn money to feed ones family.
Your "demand" is just not fair to the developers in my opinion. Instead "kindly ask" or similiar would be more appropiate.
@RayquazaXD
What powers are you talking about specifically?
There is an admin community and some head admins. The roles are different in terms of what each person can do. However, most actions are discussed in a specific admin forum before exectued.
The admins are spending substantial time keeping this game clean, especially looking for cheating users via muiltiple accounts and transfer reviews. A service you enjoy to have a smooth free experience.
I stick by my irritation when people that enjoys a service for free makes demands on that service. That is very disrespectful and something I will never support.
@Sir Samuel Lee
All admins receive a VIP1 for the service they provide. I as you can see I have VIP3 which means I´m paying in addition for the extra service but even more to support the game.
I don´t believe anyone has the right to make demands on further development. Then for a person that enjoys the service for free to do so is disrespectful. The only difference between a free account and VIP account is that VIP should be able to expect that current VIP services are working as promised.
We can all ask for further development, that has been done on numerous cases.
This however has nothing to do with the thread topic. You seem to have a lot of questions about admins lately. I propose you take some time to read through the available help and support sections to see if it is responded there. If you have more questions you are welcome to send those to the admin team via the help section.
Currently there is no indication when a player transfer has been completed following review, other than checking the squad and the bank balance.
It would be nice to have a message to say the player has arrived once any review has been completed.
Similarly on the Transfer bids section of the home page the Deadline says Completed while the player is still waiting review. It would be better if this said "Review" and changed to "Completed" after any review.
Apologies if this has been suggested previously.
This should normally happen within a few hours.

@ Admin, is there anything explaining this in the Help files?
Admins can you please be fast with my 2 transfer reviews.... I need those players for my playoffs match in 30 mins
Believe me, if it wasn't necessary to do reviews, we wouldn't do them.
Unfortunately, it is necessary :(
Can the limit be increased? I sold a player for just over $12M, which isn't a great deal of money, and had to wait for the review to be completed.
I understand the need for a review but can it not be completed for more expensive transfers (i.e. over $30M)? This would also reduce the amount of time the admins have to spend on the reviews.
Garfman’s point stands. We literally cannot give any meaningful indication. It takes two admins to approve a transfer. Even if Vincent implemented something to say that one admin has approved it, it may be several hours before the next one does.
The admin team knows this is a priority for users and we try to do reviews ahead of everything else.
Although some managers are complaining that the market is dead, it's never been more lively. Never had so much reviews to do and there are 3 more days to go.
onuelver, you are correct about that.
Maybe a simpler version would be better, with data that is exact and easily gathered. Injuries, cards, suspensions (that would be great for league competition to see who's not eligible next match), maybe just short news about started/finished construction and transfers. Without reviews.
@Samuel Lee
I like the idea.
But just need to mldify
o.e. admins review a tranfer in control system to vote a tranfer.If no One vote in 24 hours, it will be ok to tranfer to the buyer.If above 3:0,4:1,5:2 and So on,the tranfer will be ok.otherwise,This tranfer should be refused.
One is important,all admins may add in to vote for each tranfer,but should not only the location admins made the final decision,more eyes more better.
the real problem is, we don't have a market.
we have expensive frustrated lotteries (credits and time).
at least chance this.
lower bids can't win higher bids.
and 1 credit for all rounds is enought, and fair....
@Will
I do not agree that the RS transfer system is the most balanced and fair when every player that has more than one bid is entered into a lottery.
Win % means nothing at all and like you said needs tweaking.
Do not get me wrong I do love this game and Vincent and the others behind it can feel very proud.
I just feel the transfer system needs to evolve just like other aspects of the game are.
This is why I love this game, it is evolving, not like many other online manager games.
@Vincent I hope and I trust you. :)
@DJ_EV: yes, but then you're talking about a conspiracy of admins. That would be a bad thing, but it can not happen unnoticed and frankly, this is not very likely.
@Samuel: sorry I will not reply in-depth to this suggestion. We have thought very long on our current system and I have explained why we do it this way several times on the forum.
