I have just put 2 players on the transfer list who I wanted to loan, is there anything that I can do?
Nope, sorry.
Once someone is put on the transferlist (either transfer or loan) it is final.
It would be nice if one could undo it as long as noone bid on the player, but sadly that's not the case.

You can try to bug Vincent (http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/manager-1) about this, he's the developer. If he gets bugged often enough, he might just put up a confirmation box. That won't help you now, but will prevent the same thing from happening some other time.
