I do not have any supertalents (to my knowledge anyways) but I do have a few players I am really excited about getting older. All of these players are currently in my youth program and one of them plays on my main squad.

Sure, he's not much to look at, but with a level 3 youth center he is officially a "super talent", and young too (again, for a level 3). I'm so excited, this totally made my day. Just got back from a tough loss with my outdoor team, so at least now the day is not a total loss. Now I just need a decent training center so I'm not wasting all that talent.

Nice get! With that talent and assuming you will update your training center, he will definitely be a 3* by the time he's 22.

Nice value when you know he is coming from a lvl 3 youth center, clearly.

Still no supertalents here, but 2 players I'm excited about!

@ranks39 - that's pretty impressive to just pull that defender out of the academy. On my team he'd probably start getting some matches in the full team pretty quick. I thought it was strange that you could have a maximum age for your youths, now that i see they can come out fully formed, it makes sense. I suppose with lower level facilities they would come out crappy, just older.

I like the max age, I want a little bit of control over their development in the U-21, when you pull a 20/21 year old, you only have limited time to form him how you want before he gets capped at the senior level, when you get a 19 and a LOW 20 year old you can form him a bit to what you want him to be, so it's nice. I will say, it sure is nice to pull guys with 4+ talent, they train easier. You will all get there, it just takes patience and saving money!
