1st real YC 10, youth, very nice fixeds, age could have been better (considering I have 2 office workers at YC) talent also could have been a bit higher. Don't know what position he's gonna be..

I would put him as forward, since his speed is higher than strength and you have Nelson Batata as a great young Keeper.

I really want him to be keeper (because Batata turns 22 this season, its last u21 season for him, and I have no replacement in keeper position for u21), but his power is above 5. I think he's going to be a defender, since it's my weakest spot, and I have quite nice young forwards with Einārs Verpakovskis, Otomārs Erenfrīds and Brent Marke (yes, he is Fragile, but I will make a few improvements to Health Centre and that won't make to much diference)

I would train him as midfielder, but it seems like you are traning him as forward. If so, then Sharpshooter+Long Shots and power traning. That would be enough.
