Welcome all to the new season!

Pre-season has been a tough one for Strood.. trying to sell players who just wont leave! This has put facility development on hold, but on the plus side we welcome the signings of Abdullah Makal & Idrissa Rebongo who will both go on to be top players here! On the sale front, club legends Eusebio Ferreira & Lin A move on to pastures new!

Leeds Legends MOT, Liverpool City, Chelsea FC & Nilehorses United are the lucky teams who are the next few to play my team as historically Strood City always make a bad start!

This season will be the breakthrough season for Aminu Dubango who takes over from club legend Tito Baricco as first choice keeper and with it the number 1 shirt! Promising English youngster Connor Newcomb is set to feature in the side in League 1 for the first time.

My predictions for the coming season... unfortunately I do not see much changing in the top 4/5 this season. I would love to see someone prove me wrong!

I have genuinely got no idea how my team, Seaburn Beach will play this year.

The good news is that we're off the mark with a 1-0 away win over the newly promoted Natsumi's Army/Seishin Warriors.

The bad news is that I have been looking for a top midfielder during the transfer window, but so far, none has been found. This will make it hard to push on and challenge the top teams.

We may also have a bot team in the league before too long. It looks like the manager of FC United of Manchester has either given up or gone on a very long holiday...

If you have no idea how your team will fare this year, what about mine? I've clearly set one up for the future and even then I'm not entirely happy with my set-up; I feel that it could use some more established players but I was convinced otherwise to stay the course and maintain a long-term view of the team.

I beat Birmingham Hunter 1-0, but that was a team I'm expected to beat to have any hope of staying up, so I take it with a pinch of salt.

Anyone has any opinions on my team?

Another win for Oxbridge FC!

Another game and another loss this time Natsumi's side threw away a early 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 away at Blackburn Magics the pop princess played down the result reassuring fans.

'I don't think anyone's ever finished with zero points in the premier league so maybe we'll just set records this year. Four losses on a bounce looks bad and some of these results were quite disappointing especially today throwing away a two goal lead, but what we need to remember is we are competing against some of the best teams in the world and we have been only losing by the odd goal, We will improve and once we get some points on the board our confidence will rise, and those narrow losses will start turning into draws and narrow victories. We are not going to Finish on zero points and I don't intend for us to go being back to the championship either'

You were honestly really lucky to go 2-0 in 3 minutes with your first two shots of the game. However, you were even unluckier to go 3 goals down like that. Magical moments like that are never easy to stomach when you are on the receiving end of it.

However, Natsumi: chin up, it's your first season in the Premiership, and it's only four games in. Just do your best and get as many points as possible. Don't be surprised to be fighting for relegation straightaway (let alone get relegated proper).

Yeah shit happens.

It's a strong league. Everybody has to be respected, since everybody can beat everybody else.
