be Jeton R. Bardhi >> vrijdag december 16 - 20:21
Dear participants,

JRB Forces FC has the pleasure to announce that this season they have these goals as they below continue:

1. Become the champion of League of Albania Season 28.
2. Become the National Cup Season 28 winner.
3. Become the Super Cup Season 28 Winner.

It will be really tough, by concerning the fact that teams such as Flamurtari Vlore FC, Permet FC, and lately Epidamnos FC are serious enormous obstacles to achieve all three titles that Albania Football Association makes possible. However nothing is impossible, therefore the battle will be long until the last seconds.

Best of luck to all of participating teams and managers!

Gjithsesi asgje eshte e pamundur, per kete arsye beteja do te jete e gjate deri ne sekondat e fundit.

Paci fat te gjithe pjesemarresit dhe menagjeret.

Well here i am...
At first i try to build up team then buy in some youngsters and get rid of greek scum as much as possible. If it goes well i may stay up too. Current players don't look good enough and they are too old.

That's interesting man. The first manager who takes an Albanian team as satellite club. I would love you will develop albanian youngsters and hope you'll do great. Welcome and best of luck!

It will take maybe more than year before i get some NT material. Maybe here is ordinary YC8-9 player enough at the moment. At first i will concentrate to TC and stadium develop
One thing i looked in teams and it's problem is poor management. Here are teams played over 3 years and still far from TC10. I know a team in Estonian league 3 who started one year ago and he has TC10 and YC8 and he played only one poor season at league 2. There is impossible to reach league 2 without TC9-10.
One big waste is Tanamera team: in TC5 there is no use from YC9 if he don't sell those players quickly. With much higher TC he would have several potential NT players but now they all go to worthless.
Permet fc has only TC7+YC7 after 3.5 years. This is too few to stay strong.
KF Tirona should sell soon his current YC8 boys because with TC2 there is no develop for them. Then he may get money for TC upgrades.
Another hint: check your YC and set min and max age always to minimal possible! Older age pulls are all waste as in normal team player progress much more in a season than he has bonus being pulled older. At least one important should be talent.
Currently i see 3 nicely developed teams: JRB Forces, Flamurtari and Epidamnos which will dominate in nearer future. Dzikie Weze seems to develop little bit slowly. As i can brag with two u21 cups in Estonia and have won SK Augur in cup some seasons ago then i probably know something :)

Actually I have developed my team without being a VIP member. You are a VIP member already so you develop easier and faster your team. However I'm trying to go more forward with my team. If you check other news that i have shared on forum, you will see that i've had sold some great players, in order to have a team with max age of 23-24. That's why last seasons i did not become champion. But this year things are serious and are going well, as expected.

My first team was known as one of youngest in Estonia but staying at League 2 is not possible with very young players. My youth cup wins were in League 3 times and i never had top facilities as most of teams started much earlier. But they were all in my first team regularly. I hope to find some youngsters who fit to my team.

If you have any money, i'm selling two players already: Gembi Bislimi and Jack Templeman. I think you should buy youngsters as early as possible.

At the moment i have around 10M. These two were in age i usually sell players :D but i got already two ok boys for some seasons. Currently i can't sell all crap because i need 10 u21 players to get into u21 league and i just got them. I try to ensure my league place for next season because it's my first top level season. Then i can take more risks with more younger team.

Not bad. You are also favoured because you're VIP member.Have you thought about trying to become Albanian NT coach? Think about it.
And please don't do your team like Flamurtari, Permet, Tanamera and Epidamnos who don't have any Albanian player on their team. I know that international players are very worthy comparing to Albanian players, but maybe in a certain moment of your team development try to create a group of albanian players. I have also created a big group with albanians to develop them for NT. 6 of them are part of Shortlist, from which 4 are part of NT. If you've seen already, it's not very hard to have a player in Albanian NT. A player with 3-4 yellow stars can easily be part of NT matches.

It will take a time to have team with Albanians and be competitive. For that i need YC8 at least. My first team has been almost without Estonians always because my YC is always some levels down from rivals. Only some STs like Malyavin currently have reached to bench. Next season i should get my YC10 and maybe then i get some worthy Estonians to team.
Albanian NT can be possible as i have short experience with Estonian NT. It was not successful but at least developed youngsters who now are in NT playing some qualis with very young team and earned some points with them. As currently Albanian NT is not very competitive i would probably play again with young team. Maybe i add Albania to my first team choices to produce some Albanians from YC9-10. From Flamurtari i see Albion Demaci as potential NT player but his problem might be having no TC10. Epidamnos just has not yet good enough facilities to get good youngsters. If you don't have good TC+YC you can't have good young Albanians because there is no Albanians on market. Permet and Tanamera are very lazy teams and horrible with their youths managing. They are analogical teams to Estonian league Go Go Go which started in League 1 and is now in weaker group of League 3 and lose points to botteams and will be totally busted in their rare League 2 seasons. Tanamera is already drowning because of TC5 which is equal to botteams. Every player he buy will turn to crap just like in random bot.
I know i am very critical here but maybe someone will notice and try to improve things.

For them is easier to buy some old cheap players instead of long-term investments. I rarely buy players, so i invest more in facilities.
I had the first loss against Permet surprisingly. i have a better team, also very young (7 years younger than Permet players). However i think this is an influence of managers of RS in order not to have a huge gap between 1st team and coming teams.

For them it would be easy to secure position- first TC investments then every season couple of promising youngsters bring to first team and no worry about league spot (ok maybe Tanamera would be in relegation danger but he will be anyway with TC5). I am ready that next season may end for me with relegation and then it can take some seasons to reach back but i try to get 3 loans quickly too. Maybe they can keep me up.
When you are already with top facilities it will be harder to find better players for your team.
