The international club season 8 has started and sadly FC Schruns is already out against Göztepe. To be fair, this was probably the toughest opponent they could face. So really bad luck for FC Schruns.

But the bad luck continues, now Austria Wien Sopron has to face off against Göztepe. This is a very very tough opponent - and FC Schruns wasn't far away from a win, but maybe Austria Wien Sopron can revenge FC Schruns!

Further:

FC Red Bull Salzburg will join the competition in the EL group stage.
SC Columbia will join the competition in the CL group stage.
FC Korndackeln will join the competition in the CL Qualification Round 3.

Austria Wien Sopron drawed away 2-2, but they only conceded the equalizer very late in the game, so it kind of felt like an away victory.

Maybe this really can be a fitting revenge for FC Schruns!

Yes, we made the revenge, Göztepe is out. Only a minimal victory, but we were only 10 over half time (Taub was sent off)

EL Qualifier:
Austria Wien Sopron - Turku Football Club
Turku Football Club is a strong team but I think they are about equal in strength with Austria Wien Sopron. So a very tough opponent but an opponent that can be beat.

CL Qualifier:
FC Korndackeln - FC Veenus
While FC Veenus is not a weak team, FC Korndackeln should win this one.

Still to enter the Tournament: FC Red Bull Salzburg and SC Columbia Floridsdorf - both have a direct seed into the group stages.

Woohooo, Austria Wien Sopron tied away 1-1. This is a nice result.
I hope my away game tonight will be as good as Soprons :)

Sadly Austria Wien Sopron is now out. They tied at home 2-2 and lost by 3 to 2 away goals. This is sad. They were sooooo close :(

On a more happy note: FC Korndackeln is in the next round and has to play Union Bank of Switzerland. A good team but I think FCK is stronger. But we'll see.

So we got 3 teams in the Group Stages. Out of 5 this isn't that bad.

Woohoo! FC Korndackeln won away against Union Bank of Switzerland with 6-2.

So it looks like it's going to be CL this seasons for your favourite Korndacklers ;)

We got a very hard group in the CL. we will face each other and we got Cambuur (CL holder). The weakest team is macedonian frankfurt. So my prediction is:
1. Cambuur
2. Korndackeln
3. Ferencváros
4. Frankfurt

See you tomorrow early morning. If you win you have a very good chance to go forward from this group.

Again in the same group. But it's going to be tough. Frankfurt is, I think the weakest Team, but they are still strong enough to steal us points...

Cambuur isn't beatable, so they will get first. But we 3 will have to fight it out. I think it is going to very close.



SC Columbia has a very very tough group with
Haliganda, Mighty Clowns and ofer10. I don't think they stand much chance. Maybe getting third will be possible for them.


And FC Red Bull Salzburg has also a very tough group. Very bad luck with the draw for all us I think.

Ofer is very strong, but Haliganda and Mighty clowns are weaker than Columbia.

Well, Red Bull focusing only the League? 2 loss so far in EL, today at home 0-4... :-(

Nah man,i decided to tank first game due to NT team success and i lost it,even tho i would win it with my first team...now after i tried to win today and then lost in the league i decided to tank the competition at all.. no way i will be able to compete in 2 fronts

Because i already know what will happen...1st or 2nd in the group,doesn't matter...first knockout round = win, 2nd knockout roun = win,quater finals = knocked out..

3rd season in a row,same scenario.no thanks
