So I've decided to stick around for a little bit, as no genuine offers to take over the club came, i'll try to do my best and intern manager

Robbing Hoodies will be looking to mount a serious title challenge this season after their worst season in a while.

Can Dover challenge for the title? I know with Dover around the title will be more competitive.

Realistically if this was anything like real life, the most expensive and strong team would be one winning the league, so sorry dover and sorry cloughie but I just don't see any team in this devison capable of stopping the spirit squad from claiming 1st place and forgetting we ever went down to begin with.

My history is a little off so forgive me if I'm wrong, but didn't he make that quote about Manchester United, and didn't United go on to win the league that year anyway?

I do expect a few bumps and bruises along the way doubt even my team is capable of 38 straight wins but the goal's still the team we going back up.

That's right he also was on the verge of mental breakdown, but it has to be one of my favourite moments in footie.

2 games in, and I lose 0-1 to a very impressive looking Arsenal 2014.

With 16 attempts at goal, I should have at least got a point, but still was happy with the game.

then today, I was expecting a big defeat to Spirit Squad....
Instead Sam Gentle scored the only goal of the game, in the 86th minute.

Very happy, we had more possession more shots, and more goals against a team who had stated that they could not be stopped by any team in this division.

Big words are often followed by a big fall.

Beware Spirit Squad, Stoke town are a mid table Division 2 team, and have never even made the playoffs. This season may be harder than you think..... or maybe I got very lucky

Natsumi, it's only 2 games in a 38-game season. There is always time for you to win the league. Just as there is always time for Dover to fail downwards.

Solid start to the season so far by my Chester team - maybe this will be the year we reach the play offs (and actually have a decent chance!)
