To all:
Hi! I saw there are some active managers here, so I decided to write a new topic to comment about our season, international cups & national cup too.
This will be my 1st full season here at RS, my main idea is to train young players from my YA to make bigger my team and our country too (National Team). Obviously I'll need to buy players someday, youngsters to train and some old to compete in our league, but I'll try to do it the less I can.
Managers who speak Spanish:
Veo que somos varios managers de habla hispana en esta Liga, espero que con el tiempo seamos aún más.. jejeje.
Abrí el tema para que vayamos comentando nuestras sensaciones, partidos, trayectoria internacional o la Copa, lo que queráis, por hacer esto más interesante.
Por mi parte la idea es aprovechar la buena base ya presente, que era lo que buscaba en un equipo desde que pude cambiar, un equipo que me permitiese competir y además formar una base de jovenes para competir a medio plazo. Ficharé lo menos posible, pero igual que venderé lo que crea que no me será útil, también iré comprando algo para competir y entrenar si merece la pena.
Espero que con el tiempo todos seamos cada vez más fuertes, que nos ayudará a tener mas plazas para copas internacionales y a tener una selección mas competitiva, que sin ser la nuestra propia, yo intentaré ayudar en ella como tal, en este caso buscando futuros seleccionables de nuestra cantera a medio o largo plazo.

I'll start with something about my 1st week of the season:
League:
1st match a draw 1-1 vs FC Nkhotakota, not a bad result at all because he finished 2nd last season
Cup:
Today we won 2-3 vs FC Blantyre with some young players, we start 2-0 and finally we won 2-3 with a goal in the 90' so.. a great result, but not a good match.
International Cup:
1-1 at home
1-3 away vs Fantasy Football Leagues from Cameroon
Next match, Quali 2 vs FC AC from Cameroon too! 1st match tomorrow at home, they're a bit better than us, well, probably more than just a bit.. lol, but we'll try to win as always.
