The point is that no-one can take the team under any circumstances because it's in the top 50 of the rankings:

This is likely to remain the case for quite a long time while Niangane is such a strong player. They are currently 19th:

By my calculations he has 224 Scoring trainings. That means even without any more training his Scoring will remain over 10 until he's nearly 27 and still be over 9 into his 30s. But being in a bot team he'll also get a little bit of training which will slow down some of the decline.

Not to forget 4-leaf clovers are rarish but ward off evil  and provide magical protection(against admin interference).
