Yes I would like to ask question, sometimes I see like other managers has TC 1-2 and they youths has like 5-6 stars in 16 yo , and mines maximum 3-4, what they do different?

depends on how you use xp and what for you train player (selling to bank, keeping in club, tr market )

now days there is a huge difference between decent , good, and great youngsters .

It's mostly a question of simple mathematics. The amount of xp a player earns is a product of the TC level, Staff, Talent and the age the player was generated. (Plus what they receive for playing their allotted number of matches.)

So if you are comparing 2 players of the same age and Talent, and trained by the same TC level then most likely the better one was created at a younger age. Staffing can also make a big difference.

I'm training shielding to my dirty midfield and was wondering if I could skip training him correct, in the case both stack.

I'm of the opinion that Dirty's a useful attribute on an attacking player as he might earn some freekicks and penalties. So I wouldn't bother with Correct, so long as you play him mostly as AM/RAM/LAM.

keep dirty trait on him + shielding.. dueling 1.5-4 (depends on league and opponents)  to earn some free kicks  , and keep his tactics low 1-2 .

@Awful. That makes no sense. If you give him lots of Duelling like you suggest, then you would turn him into a DM, in which case Dirty would be a bad attribute to have. As for his Tactics he's already got 2.40...

no ! AM/LAM/RAM    someone you want to play against opponents DM CB , WB to get some free kicks, cards and  penalties .. Not allways AM need max passing .

sorry Andrei, but i know how good is dirty shielder AM  with ~3 dueling.

had one before , he was key player, and not in league 3, but league 1 ! still remember how my team beated top clubs !
