Well-played Cup final, good game Sidney Town. The 90th minute game winner by Brian McBride really gave it some drama, definitely a memorable match for me. I realize we were both fortunate to even be in this match, but I'm really happy to have won a trophy!

It seems I managed to take the league for a second year. I've now tied the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Buffalo Sabres FC. I should be able to catch up to the Buffalo Sabres FC at some point for Cups won, but I'm not sure that I can catch up to 4 international tournaments won any time soon.

Vulic ended up tied for first. Though I didn't have a contender in the assist rankings this season, I was happy that I had multiple midfielders contributing assists. Vernon had a great season with 19 clean sheets in 30 games. Yip only needed 2 more yellow cards to take the yellow card rankings; I'm disappointed to lose that race.

I am happy to report that I've won 2 cups, 2 youth cups, 3 super cups, and one champs league in the last 4 Seasons. The league has still eluded me and is my top goal for next season other than a lucrative repeat of the champions League.

For whatever reason, although Fieras FC/Enhac Kavey has usually had the highest average star value, the teams have underachieved in the league and cup.

Good luck in the Club World Cup! You have a better chance this season than I did since the tournament isn't taking place in a country that favors any of the better teams, though there will be a lot of talented teams to compete against.

I have won the cup twice now, so ething tintin never did accomplish. The league is tough because it's harder to luck into. You can't win it off luck like some of the other competitions

Well done to Shadows on their win in the NA League. It was great to see the US as winners and runners up in both international competitions. As Davo and Rog would say - Dominate.

I really wasn't making that comment about the league size with an agenda in mind. Hadn't really thought about the consequences, even as a club that will be directly affected. It was a simple statement of facts, leaving the decision up to the Admins to enforce their guidelines.

Apparently the playoffs have been cancelled and everybody will promote since the United States leagues now has 20 teams. Congratulations to everyone who will have benefited from this change.

Promoting everyone in the playoffs from the second division and keeping those in the relegation playoffs would leave us with 21. Perhaps the losing teams from the first round of the playoffs will play each other for promotion.

I wonder if this will lead to an increase in the number of teams from the US playing in the two continental championship tournaments. I think that it is doubtful, but given our performance in these competitions and the increase in the size of the league, it may make sense.

I am predicting that the Glenndale Bunnies will be the one to demote (though even if they do, they would almost be a lock to promote again next season).

I think the United States already gets bonus tickets from its performance in international tournaments (the United States is the second most successful country after China competing against other Asian teams). Although there are only 4 tickets shown, the 9th place team always ends up getting a chance in the North American League anyway (unless perhaps some team not in the top 8 were to win the Cup).
