My first suggestion, that everybody tell me if your player not enough for NT or you don't want to play in NT!
So, next.. I want qualifing to European Championship! I think my group is not very strong, and we have a really good team. I'll watch the shortlist that I'll can select some player for qualification matches.
I'll use a lot of young players, please send me your talent if you think his better than other NT player who playing. I think we can work together and we'll together! :)

After 3-5 seasons he will be strong DM... but I dont like DM in this game, because it takes a lot to train them. And as I understand it, the WINGER is relevant only for the defenders, for midfielders PLAYMAKER is always better.

Malta's average skills is 12-13.. Belarus average skills is 10.. SOrry guys, btw. this was the 1st qual. match, Malta one of the best in group
