Forgive me for this thread, but I have seen that Qs posted in discussion threads get lost.

There are users from developped teams that are trying to take over this team:

but apparently they don't have the option to do so. Could someone give an explanation as to why? Has it got something to do with the team's ranking?

Teams in the top 50 of the coefficient ranking of their continent are locked and cannot get a new manager.
So this is what we have (from the manual):
"Teams that are in the top 50 of the coefficient ranking can not be taken over by a new manager. Only the last manager of this club can regain control of it."
Where can we actually see the "coefficient ranking" of a team?
They are currently #34 in Europe, which is what counts. They'll likely drop to somewhere around #45 at the end of this season.

They'll probably become available at the end of Season 80, which will be the end of June.
