you can post your future plan and expectations in league 2, and abide to it,
1) your plans should cover at least 2 season,
2)we are going to pick our best manager every season according to what goals/plan you achieved..
3)every managers are allowed to post but only home base managers can be elected as season winners..

you feel that way, I play for fun and that is part of it, if others take it just as you said no one will care or even support the game (e.g. Vip users)
In real life I do my things the way I want..
Here lot of fun, just fun that's why we to come together as a community and to be a better one you just have to plan and be serious lol

Reason for this, will make managers remain in their club for long..
even in TM they do all this and have some managers who will advise you and analyse your club from scratch, and it keep lot of managers active...

my plans are outlined..
1)firstly my YC9 will be completed in 2weeks time so my first plan is to upgrade to YC10 which will take about 69days, but my finance is poor so there will be a club massive sale to get the required money for the upgrade worth 36m dollars,players namely:-
Obafemi Jallow (U21)
Driss Basnanou (U21)
Muhammedu Margai (U21)
Hamadou Bidiar (U21)
Maxime Batiffol (U21)
Komla Bonsu (U21)
Shlomi Einstein (U21)
Will consider their careers according to my plans,
while I gather all this money I will still spend 6.7m on office level 5 19days before finally starting the construction work on YC10 during the mid season 22,
2)After building the yc10 I will start work on my stadium level 8, my best player will also be sold out during beginning of season 24 to fund the 41m stadium lvl8 cost,...as you see my next 2 season is bright, though I have got no plans beyond this,
3)till then and before the long stadium construction days, my season objectives is to remain competitive in top league...
4)next plan season 24, when I will be waiting for stadium level 8 to be completed...

my plan next season..
1) upgrade stadium,catering and fanshop to level 5
2)upgrade my t.c to l8
3)if possible upgrade my yc to l7..

nearest future
tc 10,office5,stadium7 and i will start producing national team players

Producing your own national players will require yc10, I was told by our NT coach that even yc 8 supertalent like my won't remain on the shortlist for long...

So I recons TC10 + two staff and yc10 + 1 staff members, you will produce worldclass players every 5 season

My plans for next season are:
Training complex to 8 possibly 9
Stadium to 5
Fanshop to 5
Catering to 5

seasons to come, I expect to have a lvl 10 yc, lvl 10 TC, I love creating my own players.

I am looking at making my facilities better,tc lev7,yc,7 and my stadium at lev 7,so dat i will get betta revenue.

@ tonero, you will need to be active selling your tickets to increase your popularity for stadium level 7, however you will get full attendance when you play top teams...
@de don that's my plan too, I love developing my own youths, but you will expect to losing many game, however you can supplement it with some good players in the market, and it will turn out as the best strategy...
