1. Other continental have more teams in continental cup on less countries.

2. Most teams and managers are in Europe.

Few years ago existed cup INTERTOTO. Why must not exist regional cup?

BTW, in other continents (Asia, Africa, N. America) there are such regional competitions. Their continental associations are divided in multiple sub-associations for regions, and some of them (at least) make such regional competitions.

IDK what to say about this. But the whole thing with regions would be a mess that would occupy some space in the server, and I think Vincent would not like that. And the scheduling...

Therefore, in order to not complicate. 

We adding be hierarchy cups.

1. Champions League

2. Continental League

3. Regional cup

Rules:

If your team play in Chempion or Continental League. Your team be play in tournament in higher hierarhy. And your place take next team in position league.

For example

1st positon get qChempion

2nd and 3th position and Cup Country get qContinental

4th and 5th position get region cup

If team with cup be 1st or 2nd or 3th in Continental League. This team be play in Continental Cup with 4th position and regional cup be play with 5th and 6th position.

Rules can be easy if we want.

Sounds interesting but some questions born:

What about xp?? Should it count as friendly or maybe test match or something with less xp than Euroleague? 

Maybe then should there be some voluntarism: in smaller league team that qualify to this cup maybe want to concentrate to fight against possible relegation threat but other team after them would be more interested. Like it was with Intertoto. 

Will the performance of clubs counted into ranking coefficients?

And winners of 4 regions- they get some minor trophy to museum?(like u21 cup or friendly cup) or ticket to next continental league or play some Final Four to one big winner? Tickets to Continental would be motivator for teams which regularly miss narrowly continental league.

As I see it:

Experience: 6 matches 270exp (90% normal Euroleague and CL [ 6 matches 300 exp])

Money with matches: 25% Euroleague - ???

Intertoto and others regional cups in real not couting in ranking. I think here will be same - fewer problems with implementation.

Winners of 4 regions receive cup for museum.

But I don't know who round starting in qualification (first round qEL all winner) be best or maybe big winner regional cup (super region cup) play in phase groupe and rest in first round qEL or winner super region cup receive qCL in first round and rest recive qEuroleague in second round.

Maybe someone has a different concept of it?

Their places in EL will come from some bottom countries i think. Currently 3 bottomest countries in Europe have 2 spots in EL and then 7 bottomest countries. As they come to next EL after region cup season and may not have euro ranking it's better to start them from q1. If they will be put to later rounds it mean even more countries lose one spot in EL. If some of them qualify to euro anyway through league or national cup then some other teams will start from later round.

As there are some changes in real life eurocups like all CL starting clubs will get second chance in EL(even Andorra and San Marino who can win only each other or FC Flora) maybe something will be changed here too at some moment and then it's easier to adapt all of this. That may change also how much clubs will be from every country.

Just a question about small size leagues like Latvia: currently they have 7 clubs in Europe and should get 3 clubs to regional cup. One of them will be 8th(if not cupwinner) but how other 2 spots to fill? With 2 last teams which both might get relegated or with playoff winner and L2 winner(with teams that will play in L1 next season) or other combination? Or there will be voluntarity option i offered previously and there will be 3 highest ranked wanting teams?

• winner nation cup - receive place in EL
• finalist nation cup - receive place in RC

SLOTS in cup: 4CL, 3EL, 3RC (currently for Latvia)

PERCHANCE: First in tournament place receive best players humans (only for RC), next best BOT teams if not be more players human.

Cupwinner usually is one of clubs that has euro spot from league(and cup finalist too)- so 7. is mostly for EL. You don't think that some club will play same time EL/CL and RC?? In Latvia will be no problem with human managers- there is them in League 6 too. Maybe somewhere is league with 10 clubs and getting 9 euro spots? How it's solved there?

About leagues with small number of users it might be some problem like Faroe Islands where is just 4 active managers and one of them quite fresh. Gibraltar has already 1 bot in Europe because of just 3 managers. So that perchance might be useful and motivating. Experience from 6 games may cause more rotation in leagues that mostly have become quite static in Europe- same blocks of teams every season fight for same places. But something is needed: from over average European leagues just 4-5 teams can play continentals when from much weaker league in Africa might be 8 teams and couple of them are bots.

Currently, the finalist does not receive a place in EL. That's why I gave finalist for the RC.

Rules must be easy.

1. If team receive chance play in two competitions. Always play in higher in hierarchy:

CL > EL > RC or 4qEL > 1 qEL

2. Free slot receive next team in league table.
