Liverpool City used to be the envy of English football. Now the manager doesn't even train the players. His players - even his established ones - must have thousands of unspent exp on them. For what reason is anyone's guess. Last time he got relegated he trained his players and steamrollered through League 2. Maybe that will happen again. We'll soon see, I guess.

Yeah, it brings back memories of Man Utd getting relegated in the 1970s ... 

I believe that he's built up a huge pile of cash and earns more every season that he doesn't really try to compete. 

Although with his level of expenses he's probably not making as much profit as he could with a bit more planning. Either way he's a sleeping giant that might wake up again at some point and then have a big war chest to play with.
