Arun Ghosh moves to the front office (1)
Bombay FC defender Arun Ghosh’ days as rocking soccer player are nearing their end, if not already over. He has announced that he will retire at the end of this seaon. Since season 6, Ghosh has been steadily gaining experience for the next phase of his career.
After helping win their second title in 3 seasons, the defender wanted to learn about the business side of the game.So he began sitting in on meetings with the president and the assistant coaches. He has been learning to evaluate talent. He said he would prefer being in the front office to coaching because he has been a businessman of sorts co-owning various malls in and around Kolkata.
Bombay Fc made an announcement that Arun Ghosh has accepted the position of VP of Football operations and they wish him the very best in his new career.
