When to upgrade the Stadium？ (3)
It is expected that by the end of the season, my stadium will be eligible for promotion，but the maintenance costs will increase after the upgrade, and there will be no games in the off-season, so it doesn't seem like a good deal. If I wait until the eve of next season to upgrade the stadium, will I still count the attendance requirements（at least 80% attendance for the last four games） that I have completed at the end of the season? Or will it have to be recalculated next season?
Upgrade it as soon as you can.
At such an early stage of development the only purpose of upgrading the stadium is so that you can upgrade the fan shop afterwards. The fan shop is the main driver of your popularity growth.
The attendance requirements are re-calculated after every match. It has to be 4 out of the last 5 matches.
