I'm open to suggestions/ideas aswell, so if any of you have an opinion then feel free to let me know. I've a way of doing things, so I might not always agree with you, but will take your opinions into consideration.

Overall we're in desperate need of good players and I'll try to give youngsters as much experience in the side, as possible. Hopefully I'm able to get some good results also. Made some changes in the side and tomorrow already the first match!

oh my.. 23 - 9 shots, at start it looked as if I've made the right choices and yet Lithuania score with their first proper shot. Made a grave mistake by mixing up muky's strikers, as I played his supersub player from the start and that didn't do me any favours. Nonetheless, 9 shots - 5 goals. What a conversion rate, for f.. sake.

we need better keeper, maybe ed can raise a little bit tactic to his keeper and speed 2 time and he can be nt keeper couple of season
i get one young player he will be nt keeper but need time for that 10 season at least

Rolla, I think my U-21 player Ćoralić deserve to play for national team.

He's my best attacker this season, supertalent and future star.

Scoring is the best skills for attacker (even from special attributes), and he has the biggest of all young players who are currently in the national team.

And, I don't think that any young player will catch him up in scoring.

Plus, he's supertalent, owns long shots, sharpshooter and penalty specialist.

It's just my opinion. :)

muky, I do encourage such disputes! It's my first time acting as a NT coach, so if you guys think I could do something better, then please do let me know as I don't know everything aswell and occasionally might miss something! :)

I do rate Coralic highly and he will be picked on week 23, when the shortlist opens once again. At the moment I do rate a certain special skill (determined) higher than slightly higher lvl of 'total scoring'.

As you can see from the results, we're not in a position where we can dominate matches. mostly we are the underdogs and must be clinical in front of the goal. And as 'determined' should work in such situations, they're regarded as ones to change the outcome (although the bonus for determined is not something we clearly know).

I haven't used Bankovic, Lisjak nor Bacic for any important matches so far however, which is due to the fact that your other 2 strikers are regarded better at the moment, as any of the aforementioned three. But I can't take the risk if any of them gets injured beforehand, as I can only make changes in the team after certain amount of weeks.

the differences are really small here and I must admit, it was a headache getting to know all the players, finding out the differences (which I've done in a small excel file) and all in all finding the best current and future stars. I ain't a youngster anymore, got a job and several other things to attend to meanwhile aswell :p

I do intend to make changes in the squad, especially between strikers as we've a s***load of them and Coralic will most probably be included, as we have to look towards the future more than the present.

I must admit I've underestimated Coralic a little, especially as he is a ST after all, but I have been busy trying to get results immediately and sacrificed the future a little in that regard.

Thanks for the feedback and hopefully you'll understand my viewpoint a little more clearly now and definitely some changes will be made in near future (week 23!).

i agree with muky, coralic clearly deserve to be nt player, try to play with 3 strikers in interland, we have good strikers, maybe it works

My suggestions are going in two directions.

First:

I have many experience with determined players and I can say that I didn't notice any bonus in away matches. My current 2-nd keeper is determined, but he's nothing special.

I had before the attackers who were determined and didn't notice that they play something better in away matches.

So I'd advise not to give too much attention to this attribute. Maybe I'm wrong, but my experience is really like that.

Second:

Let my Ogrić always play on the wings. I think that 'dribbler' is not a good attribute for midfielder who plays in the middle.

I'll take all of that into consideration and completely agree with the second point, as Ogric is basically the only mid we've in the squad, who is NT-quality and therefore there's not much I can surprise our opponents with.. have to find a solution to that - we're in a desperate need of Ogric-like players!

@Tracko, even though I've won 2 interland matches already, I don't care about the results that much. It's more of giving as much game-time to potential youth players as possible and therefore tactics may differ from game to game.

But I do appreciate the input and will take your suggestions into consideration! :) keep it up!

Yes Tracko, he will most certainly play. Have been waiting for him to turn up in shortlist for a while now, and will give him as much XP as I can possibly can. Interland matches 100%.
