League 1 titles.. 0
Cup titles.. he must of won a league cup? Oh.. another 0
U21 Cup.. he must of at least won this.. oh wait he hasn't!

Am better than Strood go and check my records I signed my contract with Dover fc at season seven when they where at league 5.6 and in a within few yrs intervals here I am in league 1
Dover fc has never attain to league 3 I personally brought them to this level which you cannot because you where given a team that is already doing well in league1 even at that you still drop the team performance .
If you doubt me resign and pick a team from lower league and see if you can get league1 ticket in the next ten season
