By big team in small league I mean one of the top 3 teams in a smaller league
Anyone at all interested
For me swapping means "I'll take your team and you'll take my team". As both clubs will lose one level of ALL facilities, I can't understand, what useful there can be- both teams will be weaker for some period than they could be without swap. Probably you can find also just neglected club with same level too, if you search enough.
But don't be like migratory locust- you can see every club's players and facilities without taking it over. There is no clubs you can take over with billions on account- system will let to every club a sum from certain area. Somewhere was about manager, who tried another team for short time and then returned to his old team. Club's account was much emptier than before.
