why to keep that exp

I do that for all my Israelians player (so I can see the other Israelian players (who are mainly found in the lead 4 clubs of the Israel league, so I quite can know all)) before training them), and for some players from aboard, that I'm not sure on which position I'll like them and want to see other players I get/buy before training them.

im pretty sure its been mentioned before but the difference in pulls in inexpressible really. A supertalent or a 'normal' player is such a big difference that I fear this is the only thing that really matters and as it is something you cannot influence in any way, this game is ultimately about who has the luckiest pulls.

@ Bullesye agree with your comment but not necessarily with your last conclusion. There are other ways to have supertalents other then pull them from the youth center. Look at Mac Cabi for example, he never pulled a supertalent from his youth center but still have 9 of them in his team which is a lot.

Yeah, but I basicly sacrafised all the trophies so far (and for AT LEAST, next 5 seasons (probably more)), it'll end up that till season 18 or so I'll have just 1 trophie (cup), nothing more... and if I keep my supertalents and try win prizes, I won't be able to have lots of supertalents in future so won't win prizes then.
(And also, other Israelian teams aren't lucky too, you with 1, Ofer with 0 like me, and Hapoel with 2, if one of you would be much more lucky (let's say 4 good supertalents) so it would be even harder for me to get trophies now and in future).

So basicly unless I get some from YC, I can't both get good results and maintain good enough future.

Of course pulling them from the youth center is much better. I'm just saying thet even if you don't pull them you can still get them with the right moves. I maybe don't have 9 supertalents but I still got five with only one pulled from youth center. And I won quite a lot of trophies while doing that.

It is obvious there is a huge difference in supertalents. Almost all supertalents that are for sale have not trained in the highest facilities, nor are they from the best youthcentres. A supertalent that was born at a really advanced club is therefore worth more then the regular price the best ones are sold for now, which is about 70M euros. This means that a supertalent from an advanced club is worth around 100M euros. Give or take a bit, but clearly more than those at a disadvantage. So basically this means that the difference between advanced clubs in pulls from the youthcentre, is around the transferrecord. This is valid now, and has always been. I do not believe there is a strategy that can compensate for gifts of that magnitude. If we make two lists of topclubs in the world, one based on the average starrating, and one on the number of supertalents they got, these lists will be almost identical. The strength of a club is about the number of supertalents they got. Anything else like skill or strategy is negligible.
This game is about doing as well as you can with what you get. If you get less, you will perform less. Given the fact that a pulled supertalent is far better then a bought one, and that a bought one is around the price of the best 4 players in a team, one pulled supertalent is worth around half your squad. It would be very strange if a strategy could compensate for that.

Joest5 I guess you're right of course,it's possible to get supertalents and having one less (supertalent), maybe even 2, isn't something impossible to composente (still, very very very hard,if both managers are good, and even if you do, that makes me wonder, why not giving both teams same number of supertalents, and the one who composented that edge will have 1-2 supertalents more now instead having the same number), but when we're talking of 4-6 and sometimes more, I'm afraid it's...
