I think there should be something on manager profiles to show when they were last online. As it stands I think I'm the only active player in my league
You can see this under "clubs" section. Like this:

All you have to do is to point your mouse on that circle :)

It doesn't say when they were last on. My league everyone's popularity is 0 does that mean there not doin anything with there team
The problem in your league is that:
- half of it is composed of bot teams
- 3 players did not log in for a very long time (that's why you can't see no cicle next to them)
- 1 player has registered not long ago
- 1 player are you :)
What your league needs is active players, with active players their popularity will grow.
