Congrats to Seattle Albatrosses and St. Louis Rams who remained with us after winning their respective playoffs and welcome to Loyola FC, who was automatically promoted after winning League 2. I didn't do anything like last season, but I upgraded my 5th string midfielder and picked up a keeper for the U21 Champion's League. If I'm lucky, I might pick up another good prospect or two.

I didn't have a lot of cash going into the transfer market because I'm currently upgrading my stadium. However, last season ten teams gave up fewer goals than us so I wanted to bring in a quality defender. A big move? maybe not. I wish he was younger, but he should help for a few seasons.

I picked up another super- talant, that move also cost me a lot of money. I guess now I have to save money for my stadium upgrading.

I am also strapped for cash as my stadium is upgrading to level 7. I might try to grab an older, cheaper player for a season or 2 or try to find a loan that I can sign up.

I was quite surprised how well my team performed last season and I am excited to play in League 1 now. With that said I don't think my team has the depth or top end talent to really challenge on a regular basis so I haven't set many expectations. Hopefully I scare enough of you in games to at least make it fun.

Personally I didn't make any big transfer moves. I picked up some younger players that I hope to grow into my team down the road but mainly I'm saving money to improve my facilities (aiming for upgrades to Health Center and Youth Centers.

Picked up a new striker

Welcome Loyola FC and good luck! I picked up two new defenders who I hope can help secure my back line a little better for the next few years while my younger defenders get better.

It turned out that I accidentally picked up a keeper that wasn't eligible for U21, but it seems that I will manage to sell and replace him. I also picked up a supertalent.

I just noticed that is is now only possible to heal players once per injury. This might cause some problems, especially since I have a lot of players on national teams, though I do have a extra depth this season since I am keeping my better U21 players for the U21 Champion's League. It seems that having players on the national teams will not be so much of a benefit any more.

Picked up a new starting forward and decided to part ways with one of the top scorers in league history, Hugo nguyen.

It looks like I got the worst possible matchup in the quarterfinals of the Club World Cup. I should have a chance, but it won't be easy.

Since Vulic was playing away, I would guess he'd be on fire.

Vulic's bonus should definitely help. Looking closer at the other team, I definitely think it should be a competitive match, even though the other team has an intimidating red star player. I have a lot more corner stoppers.
