that is like Champions League for amateurs, so no players from the two highest league can compete according to UEFA rules. i play for my team (same as in rockingsoccer) because we won Small Cup (cup for teams in 3rd league and below) in our country last season.

Mart Poom also played for us :) (former Derby County, Sunderland and Arsenal player, maybe you know him) but he is not available for selection for Regions Cup.
