It happens very slowly: degrading of facilities(academies especially), aging of players. At some point your players will be completely worthless(maybe get bank value if sold on last moment), facilities degraded and still billions in red. It will be very-very long recovering, almost like starting from beginning. Main income to erase debt is stadium, catering and museum. You can only pull and train players from ruins of your TC/YC and selling them to bank/bots, probably not reaching to 23M € value. You can't upgrade any facilities or buy the crappiest player for farming(and you have no good training to farm).
But before it has significant effect it will affect many other users who try to build winning team. Maybe some of them across that border too and fall into big debts. I tend to think that FC Valentain is sacrificed knowingly to keep Burkholder alive. Well, he will not reach to level he would theoretically because of degraded FA...
Scored a brace in the semis of the Club World Cup, and is on his way to the finals. Not a bad career eh?

Although he has been the primary cause of destroying the clubs training facilities which have been reduced from FA 5 to FA1 over the last few seasons. I can only wonder what he would have reached with FA5.
Another wages update should be due shortly.
Absolutely rediculous that the game has gone this far while Vincent does nothing and enjoys people paying vip. Why bother playing if you can never win unless you are ok with quitting the game after winning a few CL

No doubt this is caused by the downgraded FA having slowed his growth rate down in recent seasons.
This is now his 'correct' wage. My prediction is that he will have 10% pay cuts every season going forward. Regardless, the club's finances have been destroyed a long time ago and the chance of recovery is essentially zero.

He's a YA4 Supertalent @David.
Supertalents have a random bonus on all of their fixed attributes. I would estimate that the probability of getting a 9.50 talent or more from a YA4 supertalent as somewhere around 1 in 17,000.
So that's very rare indeed. The chances of getting a similar one from a YA5 or YA6 would be a bit lower.

So what is actually the greatest talent that could ever be?
There is no limit. It's a simulated dice throw, so the probability of every extra 0.05 is 0.8333.
You would need 20 of these for an extra 1 ball of talent, which has a probability of 2.6% or around 1 in 40. And the chances of 2 extra balls of talent would be around 1 in 1,500.
There's a very slim chance that we could see a Talent of 10 at some point in the future. But this would have a greater chance of coming from a YA5 or YA6.
There aren't many YA6s and I don't know how many YA5s there are in the game. But let's say we estimate it at around 100 YA5s at most. Although there are probably far fewer. These produce roughly 1 Supertalent each every 10 seasons. So that's around 10 YA5 Supertalents per season in total across the game.
Using a rough estimate the chances of getting a Talent of 10 or greater from a YA5 would be around 1 in 30,000. So as we're only producing around 10 per season the chances of getting a 10 Talent from a YA5 is plausible but very slim. Maybe a 2% chance of getting one of them in 50 seasons.
