0-0 draw against the leading team of our Asian League group. With a last match against the bottom team coming up, things are looking positive, but I'm not counting on anything yet.

Party time at Garfman FC! After winning our last match 1-0, we ended up topping the group. A historic performance for this team, reaching the knockout phase for the first time :-)

Things are looking good. We are going to jump up two spots, and with Holy Flora already winning the first leg 3-0 there might even be possibilities for more.

As far as the league is concerned, the championship has pretty much been decided. Holy Flora is running away with it, and my team has had too many 'interesting' results to really challenge. So the biggest battle right now is for second spot. The fight for 4,5 and 6, the Asian League spots, also seem pretty much decided.

Lets see if Naga Dragons can stay ahead of the dreaded playoff spot. After a very strong first half of the season, the second half of the season seems quite poor by comparison.

Another historic day! We have secured a spot for the CL qualifying. 

Congratulations to everyone else, Davao Griffins, Manila FC #2, Champions FC and BlueStars Pangasinan for reaching the Asian League. Also props go out to Naga Dragons for defying all odds and reaching 7th spot. Finally, congratulations go out to Super Manila FC for dominating the second league from start to finish.

Off-season update #1

BlueStars Pangasinan promotes Samson Sabangan as the starting keeper for the next season.

Themba Mbata will return to play for the team next season after playing at Palestine under a loan contract.

Off-season update #2

BlueStars Pangasinan signed Vairis Katkins (Latvia) and Celal Yener (Turkey) in a total of $58M.

Tyrone Kirby (Australia) leaves the team to play for 16.Alofi FC (Niue). His replacement will be announced at a later date.

It is a bad news for the team as Albrts Bensson was caught on a car accident in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Luckily, he's on a stable condition. He announced that will miss almost half of the season. Danilo Bedonio will be the head coach for the meantime. Bedonio is the coach of the youth program and the assistant coach of the main squad.
