Removal of league levels (2)
Last night the new league of China was started. As it was no longer necessary to have 7 league levels the 7th level was removed. Apparanly there was some confusion about why and how this happens so I'll explain it here:
When there are more bot-teams in a country than teams in the lowest level or when the number of teams in a group changes (this will happen in some countries next season) the league groups will be rescheduled.
They will stay as much the same as possible, except that all bot teams are moved down. The human-controlled teams move up in the order where they were. So for example, if there is a bot team in level 1 he will be moved to the lowest level and replaced with a team from level 2. The spot in level 2 will be filled with someone from level 3 etc.
Next season, all leagues with an odd number of teams in a group will be similarly rescheduled to get an even number of teams.
