Double staff (4)
I planned to assign double staff to both Training and Academy, but it seems I can assign double staff to only one facility.
Office is level 8 and allows me to hire one extra staff, but I can't assign the double to Academy.
Is it normal, or can I work around this?

Everyone plan the same, have you got a master planner appointed, if not try to get one.

You can only have double staff in one facility, so you have to choose.
Yes, I'm afraid it's a choice. You can always change your mind later, but at any one time, you can only put double staff in one facility.
