After 9 days my Office upgrade is ready and then is probably clear about next season. My current collected budget covers both stadium-11 and FA2 money, so if I fail in playoffs I'll go for FA2. It lasts little bit over season. Should I be promoted, then stadium hunt will start.

No surprises, Gekos are too strong for us. We lost clearly to them in u21 cup when most of my squad played there. So, it goes for FA2 after couple of days.
