So after the semis the final is France vs Argentina.
There have been a lot of surprise results, Looking at the overall performances so far - if we ignore penalty shoot-outs -
- France have the best results overall with 5 wins and their one loss after they had already qualified for the next stage.
- Netherlands are the only country to go home undefeated, with 3 wins and 2 draws.
- England have the best goal difference with 13 for and 4 against.
- Croatia were probably the luckiest, reaching the semis by only winning 1 match and drawing the rest.
- Morocco have the best defensive record, conceding only 3 goals in 6 games.
