I know I'm getting well ahead of myself here but why not make this thread now while I'm thinking about it.

I'll keep it short and declare that I still need to focus on facility upgrades so I don't see myself doing much better than 7th. NA League is the priority again and maybe I won't have to play Holan in the 2nd round of the Cup this year...lol

Adding a top Forward will be my transfer priority as I think that has held me back at times.

Canvey has just begun a stadium upgrade, so transfer funds will be tight, but I still need to do some wheeling and dealing - especially in the midfield, although a hot-shot striker would also be a nice addition.

NA qualification will be the goal again, with finishing above 9th the target, so I don't have to get in through the back-door again.

Stadium level 9, 120 millions need, i have 60.

Yeah a 28 year old for 31 million - the guy is nuts if if he thinks he will get that. Oh well. I hope who gets him doesn't destroy him. He has a few years left before he has to play in the MLS and do a Defoe.

@Alex Who knows. Some rich team may be desperate for such a player. The scoring is impressive but I couldn't justify the purchase.

I'm a value shopper but I do overpay for 26-29 year olds sometimes. It's a habit I'm trying to rid myself of.

I find myself drawn to older men, with lots of experience!

But in all seriousness I'm finding a lot of midfield players aged 28 - 31 with high power, speed and passing (plus dueling if looking for DM) in the $4M - $6M range.

I'm not interested in developing youth, so like to reap the benefits of another manager's hard work.

I am glad to be back in the top league again....I had some money to spend so I upgraded both scoring forwards as well as two defenders....and will be launching Training Level 10 this season....We shall see if its enough to keep me up in the top tier...

The transfer window has been a productive one for me: sold 6 players at the first attempt and was successful in buying 3 of the 4 players I've bid on.

Finding a new striker is proving difficult but there's still plenty of time......hopefully.

I'm losing a ton of bids. I'm probably overpaying for youth as well. I'm just spending for the sake of spending at this point haha.

I have 10 players loaned out so I'll be able to make a final move of significance once I'm able to sell a couple of those players.
