Out on penalties again....starting to feel like the England national team and getting Chris Waddle flashbacks.

My main striker (30 goals this season) is injured for the next 3 games, unless I want to spend 12M healing him........which I don't.
He was injured while on international duty for Sri Lanka.....which I also manage. :(
If he was injured in the game against you where my GK was killed and a defender had to go in goal, I see your healing cost of 12m and raise you to £50m. It's now only £31m. If I don't heal him, I get knocked out of the CL. If I do, then I can still get knocked out...
Stephen, sowing a leg back on and raising the dead does not come cheaply. These necromancers have to make a living, you know. And the cost of magic stones has gone through the roof since Brexit and Covid.
I'm sure the healing will go well and good luck in the second leg.
Hey - don't stress. I currently have 4 of my top 7 players on the injured list and my top striker hasn't played the last 8 games
My Gothiques are eliminated from the European Cup: yet there was room to pass but there was a lack of motivation from the players in these 2 matches

Well I'm Ok with how the season is going after the complete debacle of my Champions League campaign. Happy to slide down to 5th as I think a lower tier European campaign is probably due and the U21s are doing me proud. Always going to be a slight transition period as my level 5 YA players started to come through while I was balancing the books.
Just suffered my first ever League defeat vs Collie Club - 32 matches, 29 wins, 2 draws and today, my first defeat. I don't know how to process this!
It's official: Seaburn Beach has given me a semi.
And Canvey go to Wembley again despite a huge effort from the Gothiques to stop me. I made a midfield change up, deciding to drop the crowd favourite Ohayon at the last minute while debating the team lineup on the toilet.
Just Cardiff stand between the Islanders and some silverware. Don't forget to grab your complimentary Kebab and small fries (one per household) from Canvey Kebab House this afternoon.
