It was a relatively busy transfer window. Bengaluru FC , FC Nagercoil and FC Ulhasnagar bought a few players with an eye on the future. The recently botted FC Delhi purchased a few players and now their financial status is disastrous.Air FC and the newly established Nepal Police Club got a few players on loan.

I expect to struggle to stay in the division this season. We ended up overpaying for players just to be able to get to 10 points this season. But at least the Finances look better than they did last season. I am considering saving cash instead of spending on facilities but with  the starters 2X construction speed ending soon, we need to try to make the most of it. 

From a league perspective I am hoping, our league teams win more international matches.

What are your plans for this season?

FC Nagercoil : we plan top 6 finish if possible asian league qualification to be honest this season will be very difficult season some of our important players have left for big money we depend on youngsters in main 11 still i think we wont be relagated on the positive side.

Target :1) Develope youngsters and make good profit 

           2) save money for stadium upgrade

           3)sign players for future

Along with that im appointed as manager of Columbian national team i won my debut match as national team manager so will have to focus that to  :)

Not much changes this season. Sold some "oldies" to build up more cash to invest in YA5. Getting closer but its not easy.

Meanwhile i am training up the younger boys to get into the a team.

Internationally i hope for a good draw to get into the group stage.

With the NT, we need to get more victories, with the increased talent we get into the NT, i feel that we can get better season's this term.

Also, i have to deal with a training staff that is getting retired, so got already a few young trainers to replace the old ones in the long run

Lots of players sold. We won't continue our strategy of going for good old players this season simply because they won't be good enough to win the league or cup. So we are buying youngsters and training them up. 

We can still finish in 5th. That will be the aim for this season

Well,did well above my expectations last season...10 losses,9 of them vs top 3 teams & only one draw...So,no silly point giveaway to low level teams...More than happy...

This season,we are on FA3 & YA3...Looking for another top 5 finish,higher if possible...Sold my best fw Sibabrata and retired 3rd best df Marse...Tried to sell Vadivelu but no buyers...A relatively younger team this season...

India plays Bahrain in the Asian League Qualifications today at 03:17 p.m. Although they are ranked 70 places above us, we might have a bit of a chance to get 3 points. Good Luck

What a game,  5-5 :/ So sad that we didnt had more luck.

Anyway, at least we are gaining some points. I was hoping to end 4th in the qualifications, place 3 is to high considering the opponents but place 4 should be obtainable

I am sure this is probably not what you want but I remember Vincent had answered this long long back and I don't think it has changed much since. I paraphrase ~ The primary skill contributes a lot more than the secondary skill . And they both contribute a lot lot more than positional skill (PS contribution > SSor tactics contribution >>>positional skill contribution)

Based on a bit of messing around with positional training and no skill training it looked like you need 400 positional  experience on an average to move value by .3 at least at the lower levels
