Short of running your team, I'm sorry I don't know that any useful help can be provided if you are not willing to pay an iota of attention to anything people say and instead keep going on and on about the same thing like a 10 year old girl who has just discovered boys....

1)increase stadium to lv.3/4...
2)increase t.c. to lv. 4/5...
3)increase y.c. to lv.4...
4)play 5-3-2 or 4-3-3...I can send u player positions if u want...

I would suggest to first build stadium and then upgrade the fan shop and catering to generate revenue... Then upgrade tc to keep the players you buy in a good state... Finally upgrade your yc...

Good young players (18-20) maybe costly - it's better to target 25-27 year-old players with 5-6.5 overall value. They will be a LOT cheaper. They won't help you avoid relegation this season, but may help you to do well in division 2 next season. Also, as Mike said, enhance your stadium, fanshop and catering as much as possible during this season. After this season ends, focus on training complex and youth centre.
