Each players get exp for 1st 20 matches does it mean all league+u21+6 friendly..... or 20league and 20 u21 seperately????

You lose some matches, not much you can do about it but the margin that only you can do something about
League + U21 League==>20(Hardworking=>25),
National Cup==>3(Hardworking=>4),
U21 Youth Cup==>3(Hardworking=>4),
Asian Champions League/Asian League==>6(Hardworking=>8),
Friendly==>6(Hardworking=>8)...
