Managed to advance at the top of our group. 3 teams on 5 points, so goal diff was the deciding factor. Nepal will be disappointed to be the odd team out.
I beleive we'll play Poland in the first knockout round. They have a top class keeper and a very good forward, but the US defence and midfield...and forwards are significantly better.

You didn't just win you destroyed them. Maybe the score didn't reflect that but the shots did
on to the final 4. Ireland was a sneaky close game.
Ghana in the semi-finals. This is going to be very difficult. We have the better back line and midfield, but their strikers and GK are top notch. When I'm able, I use all simulations to see if we can find the right combination.
We lost to supperior Ghana in the semi-finals. Despite more possesion, more shots and more tackles, Ghana won 3-0. Their shots went in and ours didn't. It was a good run, but we didn't have quite enough.

If it's any consolation, I just got promoted. Now everyone can be happy again
I guess that 3rd place in the word cup isn't too bad. Also managed to beat the #1 ranked team in the 3rd plae match.
