One area that could use improvement is goalkeeping. Skidmore, McHugh, and O'Neill are all pretty old, and only Skidmore has great blocking. He could probably stand to redistribute some tactics to blocking - no forwards are going to have that much tactics, and no midfielders or defenders, at least on the strong teams, will likely have tactics that low. Hopefully Cree, or someone else, can develop soon.
My backup keeper, Tsorvas (

I would have to spend a season training his speed and special attributes for him to be a viable candidate, if there are no better options. He is a determined supertalent. I wasn't planning to develop him since he's older than my future core, but I suppose keepers probably take longer to develop.
