After 2 days, we got Arsenal Tórshavn undefeated on top with 6 points, then we have 7 teams with 3 points and 2 botteams with one point in the back.

After 10 matches, we have 7 teams who won once, and lost once. That could predict we're gonna have a close competition :D

True that, Pepe! I think it's going to be a close one as well and a bit of luck will be important as well. We have some good teams and any of us could make it happen!

As for our two wins, we're really happy to have started well & thanks for singling out Arsenal Tórshavn! Nonetheless, it's too early to celebrate ;)

If i win today against Benfica Lisbon i can stay 2nd, the simulations are in my favor, so let's hope for the match.

Seems like the cup and league game on the same day will cause a lot of havoc in today's league matches.
And I even got an international game in the evening :S

this is one of those matches that make me curse the match engine and its random injury selection.

Important game winning with 0-1, versus 10 players and then all of a sudden my gk gets injured. (bird dropped a bowling ball on his head or so) 10 vs 10 and fieldplayer in goal. 4-1 final result and this match might be a killer one in the run for the championship. Not only did 3points get stolen from us, we conceded 4 goals. That counts!

That's the risk of putting in 3 substitutes in a match, you should always count on at least 1 injury so every player could get replaced.

That was necessary because my best players all were fatigued from the CL match. Had to do stuff like that to field a competitive team for the whole game.

And today was an other great match. Goals conceded on corner and free kick. Of course, when they cant score onfield, it has to happen like that. BUT why dont I get bonus goals in these games? Season is over already. Lost too many valuable points versus direct competition for the league and lost them in ridiculous manners. The 0-1 loss on the first day versus 1st, undeserved. Now an other loss while a loss wasnt deserved. A draw perhaps, but a victory for my team wouldve been justified since my tactic was much better. And the loss of 4-1 was the cherry on top.

You're talking about your tactic being much better, but is it?
I will be agreeing with you that our first match should've been a draw or worse, but this match was totally deserving.

You aren't able to focus on all competitions, and therefor choices have to be made, this game is not easy, not even after you're the best. The key solution is to keep adapting your tactic, the only reason i won? I exploited your weaknesses.

Your defence is the strongest line in your team, i chose to play with 4-2-4 to break that line of defence, and it worked, this however made my midfield very vurnerable, but you weren't able to take advantage of this as you were using 5 defenders against my 4 attackers.

I must be honest this tactic was very experimental, but i knew that if i would've used it earlier that you could adapt.
I had nothing to lose though, if i played 4-4-2 like usual, you would've won.

Looks like it's going to be a close one in the battle for the league champion, with Idziemy do Domu leading the table (an impressive 73 points) and Sporting Runavík following close behind at a difference of only two points. 22 games without a loss

I expect to remain on top, but there is one reason why I'd rather end in 2nd position.

And that is to allow a 3rd human team to play international matches next season.

We won the cup, and have the best Euroleague ticket. So in case we would end 2nd, the ticket will be transferred to the 3rd in the league, so most likely to Claudiu

As it is now, I would get the Champion's league ticket, Alagesia the euroleague ticket, and the losing cup-finalist the cup-winner ticket. That team is a bot, so it might be better to get a 3rd human team into Europe so we can try to get more points and raise the ranking of the Faroer.

But on the condition they wouldn't lose of course :P

That makes sense, Pepe! I actually calculated this a few days ago as well. I guess we'll see how it all plays out in the end. Even if Arsenal Tórshavn wouldn't get the Euro League ticket, it wouldn't be a disappointment since we've had a decent season, with the team performing better than in previous years. :)
