I believe that isn't a proper YA5 player, that's probably a YA4 promoted when he finishes YA5 building.
With settings am expecting YA5 to have 6.30 minimum, any thing less is disappointment.

And YA5 is $5 997 014 - 312m per season
6.50 talent players are worth 500m above now, since market is still moving, he invested 2b to have them before everyone else, I see him downgrading it to normal soon..
5 season he should have 10 great talents 6.40/6.50, for just 312x5 +2b better than 500x10=5b lol, maybe am wrong not his plan.
