I just finished the lvl 8 youth center and was very pleasantly surprised to see a supertalent and a very good talent turn up right away. If this is what you can expect, I advise everyone to build this facility right away (or maybe not, to help my own chances ;) ).

6.4 talent is awesome. Just train his power, endurance and speed a little bit and he will be very strong. You are so lucky getting 2 supertalents at the same time.
