Does 'leader' still exist? I can not find it in my scouts office attribute list
I saw that in the past, but only in Scout office list.
It was never actually implemented and if it's missing in the list now, seems like it was removed.
There was probably some plan to give some bonus for it but maybe it was decided it would be too much.
