Do we face any loss of fan club members if we loan off a 'Popular' player?
No. You don’t lose any fan club members or popularity for doing that. You only miss out on the chance to gain the extra popularity that a player like that can give you. The club who takes him on loan gets that instead.
Just thought I would add this.
If you have a young Popular player that's not yet good enough to play for the first team then sending him out on loan is the most sensible thing to do.
