Weed may make players more energetic but surely will add them Roaming 1.0 but other proposal should maybe connected with health center at some higher level: botox injections will temporarily boost confidence but at some period it will decrease lower than previous level (because he wants bigger and bigger) until next injection which will cost twice. It will decrease speed as bigger "member" will affect running.
